Circa 1870. This lovely 18KT gold Victorian ring features a row of five bead-set, round mixed-cut natural sapphires bordered with sixteen bead-set, old European-cut diamonds. The sapphires weigh .68 carats in total. The diamonds weigh 1.28 carats in total, with SI2-I1 clarity and E-F color.
Appraised Value: $6,850
The ring measures 24.0mm at the top, rises 4.7mm above the finger, tapering to 1.5mm wide and 0.8mm thick at the base of the shank.
